Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide recently announced the news that Anthony Ingham would be named Vice President, North America Brand Management, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels Worldwide and Le Méridien. Along with 13 years of prior luxury brand management experience, he has been busy overseeing the strategic and creative direction of these hospitality groups for the past three years.
“We’re thrilled to have Anthony on board to lead Starwood’s luxury and design brands in North America,” said Dave Marr, Senior Vice President, Brand Management, North America, Starwood Hotels & Resorts. “Anthony’s extensive experience with these brands in our key global markets, combined with his track record for developing innovative programming, will be especially valuable to maintaining the momentum of the brands here in North America.”

Ingham will now be responsible for the strategic direction of over 60 hotels in North America under the St. Regis, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels and Le Méridien names. A few plans for the brands include continuing to capitalize on the momentum of Le Méridien expansion in the U.S.; growing upon the existing W Hotels portfolio in North America, and completing multi-million dollar renovations like that of The St. Regis New York.

Ingham graduated from the University of Bath with a degree in Business Administration and later took on sales, marketing and guest experience positions for InterContinental Hotels Group’s Asia Pacific region and global corporate offices in the UK. He has overseen quality control of 160 InterContinental Hotels & Resorts in more than 60 countries worldwide.
