Photo Courtesy of The Four Seasons Planning a family vacation can be complicated, with the limited time off afforded by busy school and work schedules. To make sure that families get the most out of their limited vacation time, the Four Seasons Maldives offers plenty of activities for kids and teens and the whole family with the Passport to Adventure Program.
The new Passport to Adventure program at the resort introduces children aged 4 to 12 to the island’s extraordinary natural wonders through a series of exciting challenges, puzzles and activities. Run by the Resort’s Kids Club, the program comprises up to eight daily activities alongside a "Passport" of puzzles, facts and challenges set by Kaku, the Resort’s hermit crab mascot. From Coral Reefscaping to Wishing Tree Walks, Dosha Discovery to Lizard Spotting, each day sees adventure challenges offered alongside activities ranging from herb hunts and mocktail making to snorkeling, kayaking and scavenger hunts. In addition to enjoying each activity, the completion of each related challenge earns children a stamp; seven or more stamps earn a toy, with the collection of all 14 stamps leading to ice-cream sundaes at Blu restaurant and Sunset Bar. The Teen Center is also available to kids between the ages of 13 and 18 as a great place to hang out and meet new friends. With lots of activities available such as diving lessons, team sports (volleyball, tennis, football, etc) snorkeling (day and night excursions), sailing and more.
