Photo Courtesy of St. Regis Mexico City Sunday brunch at the St. Regis Mexico City just got a little more festive with a new restaurant program offering guests the opportunity to try regional Mexican cuisine twice a month, at the resort's Diana restaurant. Beginning in March, brunch will feature everything from current Mexican favorites to pre-Hispanic cuisine in April. Led by Executive Chef Guy Santoro, brunch-goers will get to experience the tastes of Mexico surrounded by panoramic views of the capital’s iconic monuments including Paseo de la Reforma, the Angel of Independence, Fountain of Diana the Huntress, the Light Estela, and Chapultepec Castle.
