Photo Courtesy of The St. Regis Aspen Resort The farm-to-table trend is getting a relaxing new twist at the St. Regis Aspen Resort's Remède Spa. The program is a collaboration between Spa Director Julie Oliff and the St. Regis Aspen’s Executive Chef David Viviano. The two created a five-course, three-hour spa treatment using summer flavors and fresh fruits. So what can you expect to be served during this super luxe spa experience?
To get started, spa goers will start off with an amuse-bouche of freshly-pressed orange juice prior to their savory salt glow scrub. Paired with custom meal creations, each scrub will come with a different food item. For the main course, enjoy a 60-minute massage before the “palate-cleansing” warm Eucalyptus compress. Finally, for dessert, the team whipped up a body butter application which will be paired with dessert and a chilled glass of The St. Regis Aspen’s 315 Champagne. This unique service is being offered at $500 per guest and must be booked 48 hours in advance.
