Just because there are hundreds of stores to shop at in NYC doesn’t mean you always have time to get there. But when you’re a guest of Hyatt Union Square, you won’t even have to leave the property to find the season’s trendiest apparel, whether it be jewelry, belts, cufflinks, hats, or scarves. Pamela Pekerman, a fashion and lifestyle expert who has been the voice of high style on such media outlets as HSN, QVC, and Good Morning America, is behind the new amenity: The Accessories Butler. She has curated these exclusive ‘closets’ that will live in the hotel’s lobby and refresh their inventory on the first of every month.

Guests can go down, browse the merchandise, and borrow the item they need to finish off an outfit for an event or night on the town. If they decide they want to own the luxurious piece, information on where to purchase it will also be made available.
“Whether it’s a business traveler who forgot their watch, a bachelorette looking for an extra ounce of glitz, or a fashion-conscious traveler in need of the extra warmth of a chic pair of winter gloves, we wanted to find a fun way to meet the needs of our guests, while offering them an experience beyond the ordinary,” said General Manager of Hyatt Union Square New York Chris Holbrook.

To celebrate the launch of The Accessories Butler, Pamela will host a chic invite-only party for celebrities, stylists, bloggers, and TV personalities at Hyatt Union Square’s Singl lounge. The first ‘closet’ will feature pieces for fall from top designers like wrap bracelets with precious stones by Alexandra Beth Designs, fur handbags by Katherine Kwei, a lambskin belt by Deborah Drattell, as well as accessories for men like cufflinks, bracelets and chains by Annie Hammer.
