Halekulani's Neoclassic restaurant features an acclaimed menu of dishes inspired by the south of France using local ingredients, along with an an award-winning wine list, impeccable fine dining service, and beautifully framed views of Diamond Head.

Chef de Cuisine Alexandre Trancher brings years of experience working in the kitchens of Michelin-starred restaurants to La Mer, creating a dinner menu and a six-course Menu Degustation. Elegant dishes include Filet of Beef with Foie Gras, Truffle Mousseline, Pommes Soufflés, and Sauce Périgueux; Lobster Tail cooked in Butter with Baby Vegetables and Essence of Lobster; and hazelnut cake, Tomato Flake Ice Cream, caramel corn, and Lemon Verbana Tea.
