Caesars Entertainment has been building this luxury boutique hotel on the Las Vegas Strip for a while now, but they only recently revealed its name: The Cromwell. Being touted as the first standalone luxury boutique hotel on the strip, its location means it has a lot of expectations to live up to. But, from what Caesars has announced so far, it doesn't look like the property will have any trouble with that.
Blending contemporary with classic, The Cromwell's design and atmosphere are rife with Parisian touches. The 169 guestrooms resemble loft apartments complete with distressed wood floors and vintage motif accommodations. Bold colors and paneled windows add to the Paris theme of the rooms, while spacious bathrooms and modern electronics add to the comforts travelers are now so accustomed to.
The hotel is also installing Giada's, named after the restaurant's mastermind, American chef, writer, and television personality, Chef Giada De Laurentiis. The fine dining restaurant will span two stories. Inside, the open kitchen will show off all the love and care that goes into the restaurant's handmade pastas. Equipped with another of the strip's firsts, the Italian antipasto bar should make dining at Giada's an easy choice for visitors and hotel guests.
Not to be outdone by dining, the club scene at the property will be a hotspot for tasty signature cocktails, dancing and socializing. Nightclub Developer, Victor Drai, has taken on the project and created not only one venue but three; one for night parties, another for after hours mingling and a beach club for afternoon imbibing. Each provide guests with a location that matches their moods and keeps the festivities going no matter what kind of scene someone might be looking for.
Reservations will be available starting February 21, 2014, for Total Rewards members and February 24 for everyone else. The Cromwell is slated to open this spring.
