Accommodations
This condo-hotel consists of 32 units on five acres of lush, tropical landscape. There are a total of eight buildings, each with two downstairs units and two upstairs units. All units are no more than a few hundred feet from the most spectacular beach in The Bahamas.
One-Bedroom Units - Each one of the twenty eight one bedroom-units features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a master bath with oversized marble vanity, a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed as well as ceiling fans and A/C in every room. Both front and back verandahs have spectacular views, that can be enjoyed in the comfort of teak furniture.
Two-Bedroom Units - Each one of the four two-bedroom units boasts the same features as the one-bedrooms with the addition of a second bedroom, with twin beds, second bathroom, dining area, dishwasher and flat-screen TVs. All units include modern amenities such as cable TV w/DVD, CD player, in-room safe, telephone, high-speed internet connection and stacked washer-dryer.
Dining
The latest creation of renowned chef/restaurateur Peter Birkwieser, Tippy's is already considered one of the hottest restaurants in all of The Bahamas. A blackboard menu constantly changes, based on the current selection of fresh fish and local produce available on the island. Tippy's is open for both lunch and dinner, with live music on the weekend during the season.
Fishing and Watersports
Forty's Sports & Rental Shop - The newest addition to Pineapple Fields Resort and the island's ONLY premier rental shop. Located next to the Banks Road Deli, Forty's rents everything from baby strollers to beach chairs to umbrellas, Kayaks, snorkeling equipment, bikes and boogie boards. Forty's offers deep sea and bone fishing as well as water skiing, knee boarding and banana boat rides. |
