Accommodations
The accommodations at Travaasa Austin are comfortable, stylish and relaxing perfect for unwinding and resting after an ambitious workout, nature hike or meeting. Each of the 70 guest rooms offers a private deck or patio welcoming the fresh outdoor air in. It's a perfect place to just breathe. Accommodations are located in seven dwellings linked together by meandering paths across the property allowing for privacy and a closer experience with nature.
Dining
The culinary staff is obsessed with two things: nourishing their guests with delicious dishes composed of fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible; and fostering a sense of community at the table. It is these two obsessions that make dining at Travaasa Austin so special. In fact, they named their restaurant Jean's Kitchen, after the mother of one of their founders. Jean Berry was known to say that sharing your days story over the kitchen table was always the most magical time of the day. The executive chef, Benjamin Baker, has taken great strides to not only live up to Jean's awesome cooking, but to deliver an experience where guests can share their story over breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Spa
A visit to The Spa at Travaasa Austin goes far beyond pampering and indulgence. The treatments reflect their passion for, and knowledge of, the human body and the ability of plants and essential oils to naturally treat, heal and revitalize the soul. Featuring 11 treatment rooms, including a couple's room, as well as a hot tub and dry sauna, the spa sits adjacent to the property's infinity pool, which overlooks the serene and scenic hill country landscape. We offer an array of massages, healing rituals, beauty treatments and personalized services, using only organic, bioenergetic products, including the Primavera and Anakiri skin care lines, which are also available in the Spa Boutique.
