Hotel Overview
Refined and prestigious, the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Milano links contemporary design with comfort. A tribute from the Italian Jeweler to the world of luxury, situated in Milan's most stylish area.
It is an unexpected oasis of exclusive tranquility immersed in the frenzy of the city centre. A 4,000 sqm private garden, next to the Botanical Gardens, incorporates the hotel in a haven of green. The building is made up of three sections. The oldest of the three facades dates back to the 1700s and is partly visible. Designed by architects Antonio Citterio and Partners, in line with Bvlgari's bold and contemporary style, the hotel features rare and precious materials which create new combinations of surfaces and surprising chromatic harmonious: black Zimbabwe marble in the public spaces, Vicenza stone and Turkish Aphyon in the Spa, solid teak, durmast and oak in the intimate rooms and suites. All spaces feature contemporary Italian furniture and details designed by Citterio. The unique facilities and services help turn even the busiest of business trips into an experience of absolute comfort.
Comfort is top priority in the rooms. The large windows open out onto teak balconies overlooking the garden, and the daylight draws attention to the harmony of the colors and materials inside. The fabrics are in tones of light brown and grey, which complement the English oak flooring and highlight the black furnishings. Some of the rooms have meditation corners, complete with tatami. A large space is dedicated to the bathroom, which is separated from the bedroom by a thick bronze net which creates unexpected transparencies. The black marble from Zimbabwe adds to the sophistication and suggestively plays with the warm tones of the Navona travertine.
Luxury and comfort perfectly embrace in the six executive suites and in the Bvlgari Suite, thanks to the combination of contemporary design and avant-garde details. The bathrooms have the most precious of baths, entirely carved into a block of Turkish Bihara stone. The Bvlgari Suite, with an imposing Brera stone fireplace, guarantees a welcoming and refined atmosphere, while the large terrace in dark teak offers a privileged view onto the garden.
In line with contemporary well-being rituals, the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts Milano offers a sumptuous and elegant setting. The daylight that seeps through the glass window façade beautifully illuminates the gold mosaic swimming pool. The hammam with its green glass is like a mysterious emerald set in a jewel of incomparable beauty. |
