Since it opened in 1903, The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai has created its own unique history. From Maharajas and Princes to various Kings, Presidents, CEOs and entertainers, the Taj has played the perfect host, supportive of their every need.

Built in 1903, the hotel is an architectural marvel and brings together Moorish, Oriental and Florentine styles. Over the past century, The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower, Mumbai has amassed a diverse collection of paintings and works of art and is a veritable showcase of artifacts and art of the era. Taj offers a distinctive dining experience, one that explores the nuances of the finest Indian and international cuisines, serving traditional and contemporary favourites. 11 dining options are available to guests. Including:

  • Golden Dragon - The first authentic Sichuan restaurant in India, this perennial favourite offers dim sums for lunch. The sumptuous dishes are designed to please any gastronomic palate. Specialties include Peking duck, Beijing Spare-ribs and Wo-thib Asparagus. The restaurant also offers two Private Dining Rooms. Attire: Semi Formal
  • Masala Kraft-Blending aromatic Indian spices with modern cooking techniques, Masala Kraft produces flavours that are fresh and delicious. With a selection of traditional Indian favourites cooked in minimal oil and with just the right blend of spices, the restaurant shows that the two go together perfectly. Favourites include Paperwali Machli, Parsee or Bohri Tiffins, Masala Sketches - interactive menus and Spiced Margaritas. Attire: Semi Formal
  • Sea Lounge- The legendary Sea Lounge overlooks the scenic Mumbai harbour and the Gateway of India.
