Dining
The most intimate and upscale of Rosewood Little Dix Bay's restaurants, The Sugar Mill has been recently redesigned with stonework and rich wood textures. Tables are arranged to allow panoramic views of the sea and verdant island environs. The Sugar Mill offers an eclectic fusion of contemporary Pan-Asian and European cuisines and a unique Amusaries Menu featuring tastes of the chef's best creations. The menu includes miso glazed grouper, five-spiced pork belly, Mediterranean sea bass with soba noodles and Himalayan truffles. Guests may also consider the nightly tasting menu paired with fine wines. The Sugar Mill is open for dinner five nights a week and is ideal for a romantic dinner à deux. A private dining room with seating for up to 12 guests is also available for small groups and reunions.

Dramatically situated on the cliff's edge, Sense, A Rosewood Spa® overlooks the glistening Sir Francis Drake Channel and the resort below. The intoxicating beauty of the surrounding environment captures the essence of relaxation and renewal. The resort's spa offers an array of Caribbean specialties that fuse the indigenous botanical resources proliferating within the grounds of the resort with therapeutic practices and progressive concepts in health and wellness. Signature luxury treatments include the Virgin Gorda Goat Milk & Honey Wrap and the Salt Island Scrub. The spa's relaxation area features a two-tier infinity pool and an exclusive Cliff Spa Suite is available for couples. The spa also hosts Yoga, Pilates and meditation classes.

Rosewood Little Dix Bay offers several options for private meetings of up to 60 people. In addition, there are informal areas, such as the Sugar Mill restaurant, that are available during the day. The Mahogany Boardroom, tucked into the heart of the resort, accommodates up to 20 persons in a quiet, comfortable setting.
