The Grand Del Mar features 249 elegantly appointed guestrooms and suites; San Diego's only Tom
Fazio-designed championship golf course; two outdoor tennis courts; four swimming pools;

San Diego's newest resort also features 31 spacious suites, including a pair of 2,840-square-foot, two-bedroom presidential suites, 12 Palazzo Suites, five Veranda Suites and 12 Prado Suites. Dining
Addison features acclaimed Chef William Bradley's artisanal approach to
cooking, offering contemporary French cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal
California ingredients. For example, half of the produce served at Addison is
procured from Crow's Pass Farms in Temecula.
Reflecting Bradley's classic style, menu highlights include entrees with intense
flavors and simple, yet masterfully combined ingredients, such as Anise-Glazed Squab with Savoy Cabbage and Candied Quince, Butternut Squash Tortellini with Roasted Chestnuts and Ham Hock Consommé, and John Dory with Golden Chanterelles and Sauce Vin Jaune.
Golf
With spectacular fairways that wind throughout the scenic valleys of the
beautiful Peñasquitos Canyon Reserve, the private rolling greens of The Grand
Golf Club are the centerpiece of The Grand Del Mar luxury resort.
This championship-quality course deftly captures the essence of Southern
California's coastal beauty with its varying elevation, diversity of its bunkering,and impeccable manicured fairways and greens.
Melding extreme playability with stunning natural beauty, the 18-hole, par-72 course features 7,160 yards spread over a lush 380 acres. A variety of tee locations span from 5,230 to 7,160 yards in length, accommodating all levels of

The Grand Del Mar symbolizes that bygone era with its emphasis on renewal and
rebirth. The spa also gleans resources from the nearby Los Peñasquitos Canyon

wellness, the spa's comprehensive programs and a la carte services are designed
