district of the Old Town, Sulekova St. 20, only a 10-minute walk
to the nearby Bratislava Castle, Presidential Palace and Slavin
monument in the heart of Bratislava. It is a brief stroll away from
the Old Quarter in the city centre. This fantastic location in the
prestigious green district of Palisady blesses the residence with
amazing views of Bratislava's medieval castle. Residence Sulekova
is within a few minutes drive to all major business centers,
such as Aupark Tower - 5 minutes, Apollo - 10 minutes, BCB - 15
minutes and Polus Millenium Towers - 20 minutes. It is also very
convieniently located - 5 minute drive - to the well-know exhibition
center Incheba Expo Arena, where all major fairs and trade shows.

The MaMaison Sulekova Residence Bratislava is the only complex of 32 fully furnished and serviced apartments in town. The cozy residence is located in a unique green and residential old-town setting of Bratislava and offers extraordinary views of Bratislava's historical city centre. Accommodations
MaMaison Sulekova Residence Bratislava offers 32 spacious apartments in different layouts, sizes and colours; apartments that bring cosy feeling into everyone´s stay. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped, they all include kitchenette, dining area, living room area, bedroom and bathroom. Studios, one bedroom apartments and two-bedroom apartment are in attractive yellow, orange, beige or dark red color scheme ranging from 35 sqm up to 110sqm. All apartments have cost-free access to high-speed Internet. The residence is a family friendly house with the option to join individual apartments, to add extra beds, baby cots. Almost all apartments have toilette separarate from bathrooms and they have bath tub or spacious shower.
Dining
Daily, the residence delivers a continental breakfast tray full of fresh food to start up your day. Cost of the breakfast is 12 EUR per person. During the day from midday up to 10 PM upon your order the staff will serve any of the delicious meals displayed in the apartment book. International cuisine is served.

The center of Bratislava offers a variety of restaurants for every
taste, charming cafes and lively pubs as well as a number of
shopping malls. Thanks to an extremely convenient geographical
location it's possible to arrange daytrips to Vienna or Budapest,
or to the picturesque countryside down the Wine Route around
28 villages and towns along the Small Carpathian Mountains. Golf
resorts around Bratislava will satisfy all types of golfers - there is
9. hole course in the historical park for recreational games, while
those seeking a challenge will certainly enjoy a test of their skills
on a brand new 18. hole course with a breathtaking panoramas
just 10 km away from the city.
For avid shoppers the Designer Outlet in Parndorf offers over 150
outlet-shops with a wide range of fashion wear and accessories,
home goods, toys and more, with up to 70% discount from the
store prices.
