Accommodations
The Point Resort, an Adirondack hotel and resort, features Adirondack-inspired accommodations boasting eleven distinctive guest quarters that are spread among four original buildings.
As a secluded Adirondack hotel and resort where harmony meets splendor, each guest room has a broad lake view, custom-made bed and spacious private bath with original chrome fixtures.
All accommodations contain an eclectic mixture of antiques and Adirondack furniture, and each has a cozy sitting area facing a huge fireplace of chiseled stone.
Each luxurious room manages to be both unpretentious and splendid, a place for quiet mornings and reflective evenings.
Dining
The Point is proud to offer our guests some of the finest cuisine in the world. Our executive chef, Mark Levy,  and his dedicated team have been trained throughout the world. They bring diversity and creativity to each menu created.Â
All of our meals are planned at least a week in advance, taking into account dietary restrictions and food allergies of each guest. Every meal you have at The Point will have been specially prepared, made from ingredients flown in from as far away as Scotland; so simply notify the staff well in advance of any personal requirements. Adirondack dining at The Point offers world-class cuisine served 'en famille': there is no menu and guests sit down together, family-style, for lunch at 1 p.m. and dinner at 8 p.m. If you prefer, you may dine in front of the fireplace in your room, or have a picnic lunch packed for you to take on a hike or canoe trip. In the morning, breakfast can be delivered straight to your room, or join everyone in the Great Hall at your leisure.
Activities
Your time at The Point can be as solitary or social, as active or relaxed as you like. The possibilities are as broad and grand as the thirty-by-fifty-foot Great Hall in The Main Lodge.
