Hotel Overview
Rising high above Oak Cliff on a landscaped stone bluff, the Belmont Hotel in Dallas boasts the best views of downtown and the Trinity River Corridor in the city. Driving up the Belmont is like entering a different city. The hillside hideaway presents a secluded hangout favored by guests and locals alike. The restoration of this historic property reflects architect Charles Stevens Dilbeck's original vision, yet presents a variety of modern room accommodations, comforts and amenities you expect to find in a contemporary, boutique hotel.
Accommodations
The hotel has four distinctive buildings that house the various room types. Most rooms have views of our tranquil gardens or the distinctive Dallas skyline..or both.
Moderne Building -Standards, Deluxe, Hospitality Suite and the Belmont Conference Room can all be found in the Moderne Building. This is our main building where you'll also find the hotel lobby and the BarBelmont neighborhood lounge and terrace with its outstanding city views.
Garden Rooms & Suites -Eight Rooms including Standard, Deluxe, and Suites curl around one of our beautiful gardens adjacent to the Moderne building and its amenities. Three adjacent rooms connect to create a semi-private enclave that can accommodate a bridal party or gathering of friends or family
Loft Building -These Junior Suites and Suites are all 2-story and offer incomparable city skyline views, all situated just steps away from The Green lounging lawn and year-round pool. Each loft has a queen-size bed upstairs and a twin day bed on the first floor, so feel free to bring the kid. Additional amenities include a mini wet bar complete with refrigerator and sink.
Bungalows -The Bungalows include all 4 room types and the Terrace Suite. They surround a lush walking garden. The Terrace Suite features a soaking tub as well as its own private patio and hot tub overlooking the city.

BarBelmont -Kick back... enjoy a glass of wine... let the music wash over you. The BarBelmont neighborhood lounge is the perfect place to rejuvenate with friends, associates and neighbors after a long day. Sip an icy martini while hanging out in the lobby lounge or sit out on the terrace and watch the sunset reflected in the shimmering towers of the Dallas skyline. The BarBelmont also offers a wide and varied range of entertainment, from local DJs and live bands to art openings and tarot card readers. SMOKE Restaurant -The Belmont Hotel's signature restaurant pays homage to an old fashioned smokehouse, with hardwood cooking from scratch and authentic Southern flavors. Led by chef/co-owner Tim Byres, inspired by his recent travels to America's smokehouse roots, SMOKE offers patrons a culinary experience that satisfies both the palate and soul. Employing time honored cooking techniques and recipes with a commitment to local ingredients, SMOKE is down-home cooking done right. Smoke is open daily for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
