With more than 8,000 square feet of living space, Roaring Pavilion accommodates up to ten guests in four king bedrooms and one additional bedroom with a twin bunk. French terracotta and exotic hardwood floors provide a base for plush furnishings by Donghia, Philippe Starck, Christian Liagre and British Khaki. marble and stone baths in the spacious en-suite bathrooms are stocked with Ligne St. Barth products. Dining environments range from very formal to a riverside barbecue pit.

From the villa's pool deck or many terraces, guests have sweeping views of the Caribbean. A temperature controlled Great Gatsby-style pool, purified by skin-friendly salts, is surrounded by landscape of beautiful tropical blooms and trees that range from heliconia and frangipani to giant elephant bamboo.

Roaring Pavilion's focus on wellness emphasizes workout and spa facilities. The fitness center features modern cardio equipment and weight-training machines. The private spa has an extensive treatment menu by Ligne St. Barth, also making use of local botanicals grown nearby and on the villa grounds.

Guests can take advantage of an electromagnetic anti-aging and age-reversal oxygenation system by distinguished Spanish esthetician, Mariam Moldes.

Roaring Pavilion boasts a full-time staff. At guest's beck and call, the staff provides every service imaginable, from individual culinary requests to the meticulous attention of a butler, to professionally managed laundry. Of particular note is chef Johanna Mitchell, whose culinary delights include intricate continental dishes and dazzling local specialties with the freshest market ingredients. Twenty-four hour room service is also available at this one of a kind retreat. All service is provided seamlessly and discreetly. Guests are not bound to any set plan or menu but can enjoy themselves as their preferences and lifestyle dictate.

Renowned loudspeaker manufacturer Bowers & Wilkins tailored the villa-wide audio experience accompanied by a stylish and comfortable home theater for other entertainment options, the villa has a game area with a large library of board games. In addition, the entire property is covered by high-speed wireless Internet access.

Roaring Pavilion's personal watercraft, for guided excursions along the North Shore, are always waiting on guests. Kayaks, stand up paddle boards and an assortment of non-motorized water sports equipment and games are also available on the property.
