While many self-labeled Caribbean spa and resorts have somewhat limited spa menus or relatively untrained staffs, which is usually indicated by a “bargain” price tag, one of the quickest ways of determining whether a Caribbean resort and spa is worth going to is to look over the spa menu and figure out if you could base your vacation around the services offered.
One of the best examples of a location that does this right is Parrot Cay in Turks and Caicos. Rather than a pamphlet with a small selection of treatments, their spa menu is six pages long and packed with a selection of massages, facials, fitness classes and more that could easily take weeks to completely appreciate. Likewise, with the spa being attached to a luxurious beachside hotel, Parrot Cay is one of the best resort and spas available in the entire Caribbean.
