Yappy Hour, part of The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel’s Community Footprints program, is coming back this summer. Yappy Hour gives canines and their human companions a chance to kick back and get to know new friends, both man and beast. Doggies can snack on complimentary homemade treats and flavored water while their human friends can purchase cocktails and snacks. A portion of the proceeds goes to support the Friends of Orange County’s Homeless Pets (FOCHP). The first Yappy Hour is to be held on from 5 to 8 p.m. the third Thursday in May (May 16) and continues the second Thursday of the month through September (June 13, July 11, August 8, and September 12), with other dog-centric activities taking place throughout the year.
