Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage Chris Southwick’s award-winning menu is currently offering Lone Star flavors in items like Texas Grapefruit Brûlée, Mini-Elk Sausage Corn Dogs with Dr. Pepper Barbecue Sauce, Short Ribs Braised with local Shiner Bock beer and Texas Pecan Pie. Regional dishes have also been added to the lineup including Crunchy Pulled Chicken Flautas with Poached Eggs and Black Bean Purée and Lump Crab Cake with Piquillo Pepper and Avocado.
